My View Last Week … Working As A Virtual Assistant Lets You Change Your View!
I follow several different bloggers, coaches, and speakers online. Some of them travel WHILE they work and others travel FOR their work. It seems glamorous and fun and oh so exciting!
I LOVE to travel!
But, for now, my life is not like that. My husband still works locally, so traveling around the globe at this point in our lives is not a possibility. I work virtually – but not because I can travel all the time (although that may someday be the case) – but because I CAN WORK FROM ANYWHERE I WANT…I can work wherever and however works for MY family! You can do this too!
I work virtually because I want the freedom that IF I want to travel, I can!

So…a a few weeks ago, my husband announced that he was taking another business trip – but would be traveling by himself this time – instead of with other engineers. For the first time in our lives, we realized that I did not have to stay home because I had to work. I could go with him. You know what I did?
I WENT WITH HIM!
Yep! We drove five hours up to Wisconsin where he would be working for a week. The company put him in a hotel on the water with beautiful views. Each morning he and I would both leave the hotel room to go to work. He would go to his client’s building and I would head to the hotel restaurant.
I received permission from the restaurant to work from a lookout area at the top of the building. I could see everything from there! Each morning I would grab a cup of coffee and my computer and “get to it.” And, each evening, my hubby and I would try a new local restaurant and do a little sightseeing around the town. It was a cozy, quaint little place which we loved.
IT WAS AMAZING! To think that I did not have to beg for a week of vacation, lost no money, and still got to spend a lovely week with my husband, in a new city, was fantastic – and a first for me.
I wish I had known about all of these possibilities earlier. I could have been doing this for years! No matter. I will simply enjoy each new day from here on out. But, you don’t have to wait as I did. I can show you how to do it NOW! Don’t wait to find out more about this virtual lifestyle if that’s what you’re contemplating. This working trip I took should only encourage you!!
You, too, can change your view!
