This breaks my heart …

Lots of things break my heart, but there is one area that is really important to me right now.

What, you ask?

It’s simple…

You’re not living your dream life.

Is this you?

Maybe you’re not sure if you’re living a life you’d have dreamed of. Maybe you could ask yourself these questions to get you started.

• Are you settling for a bad boss?
• Have you settled for being bored at your job?
• Do you hate the “repeating” that happens every day?
• Is your life slipping away while you wait for retirement or changes to somehow, magically happen?

Did you answer, yes, to one of the above?

Maybe you answered, yes, to all of the above.

You have to make the change if you want to truly live your dream life.

You have to start something new.

Don’t just dream about it.

Do it now!

We all know that we are not promised a “tomorrow”, yet we live like we have a million tomorrows left.

We don’t.

You think you’ll be “living ‘the dream’ later.”

As I just turned 51, I’m becoming more and more aware of just how fast this time on earth goes.

So, instead of waiting until “later,” why not tell yourself you will:

1. not wait until vacation.
2. have fun on all weekdays
3. make sure to have fun while you work
4. love what you’re doing right now
5. travel more now if you want

You don’t have to wait.

It breaks my heart that we somehow think that the passion, the joy, the real living happens “later in life” when we’re older.

It can happen right now.

Today you can start.

Figure out what God has created you to be at this stage of your life.

For me, He had me raise a family for the first half. But when that was finished, I believe He called me to a new phase.

Not a phase of just relaxing when I retire.

I believe He called me to be a light in the world of anger and judgment and encourage you to follow your dreams.

Learn something new!

Now, you can learn something new.

You can grow as a person right where you are.

Make this time of your life better than the last.

Make today better than yesterday.
